  • Cancellations: If you cancel the service before the work begins, you may be eligible for a full refund. Once the service has started, the refund will be subject to the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation.

  • Late Submission: If a service was completed on time, but the user does not submit it by the required deadline, a refund will not be issued.

Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please contact us at our customer support department and drop your concern to them.
  • You will be required to provide the details of the service, including the issue or reason for your refund request.

Exceptions
